Returns and exchanges

You can return any product purchased on within 14 working days from the delivery date. Procedure:

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and intact.

If you are a registered user, enter your personal area in the Profile section at the top right of the homepage by logging in with your email and password. Once logged in, by clicking on Orders you can view the entire history of purchases made. Select View order details of the order you want to return and Request a return to begin the process
If you are not a registered user, use the form that you will find in the Return Request section at the bottom of the site pages.

Enter the order code you wish to return or the tracking number of the order that was communicated to you by e-mail. Follow the instructions step by step and fill in the fields that will be requested. Remember to specify with a comment if you intend to receive a refund or a replacement of the returned items. In this second case, also indicate the code, size and color of the garment you would like to receive in exchange.

Prepare the package and attach the UPS label that you will receive by e-mail to the aeronauticamilitareofficialstore box (or to an equally resistant box of the same size) in order to cover the information of the first shipment.
Thanks to our return service, you will be sure to receive a refund in case of theft or loss that may occur upon delivery to our Thiene (VI) warehouse.

Book the pick-up by contacting UPS, on the phone or online, within 14 business days from the delivery date.
Return shipping is free of charge only if you use our UPS courier.
You can choose a different courier if you prefer. In this case, you will have to pay for the return and any theft or loss that might occur.

We remind you that:
  • We can only refund properly returned products. Should the returned goods not meet the requirements listed, will not be able to issue a refund and will send the package back to you.
  • You can only send the goods to be returned from the country in which you have placed the order.
  • You can always check the return status by using the UPS code you will find on your copy of the label by accessing the website
  • Do not remove the tag from the garment if you wish to return it. Products returned without a tag will not be refunded.
